Student Club Funding Requests

The Stevenson High School Patriot Parent Association (PPA) welcomes funding requests to support student clubs and activities. To be eligible, the club must be an official Stevenson High School club with an assigned staff sponsor/advisor.

Please complete the Student Club Funding Request Form with all requested information and email it to PPA@d125.org.

Submitting a request does not guarantee funding. Requests will be reviewed by the PPA, and the club sponsor or student representative will be notified of the decision.

Pre-printed forms are available in the Student Activities Office.
